Asian people are very careful with their money, to an extent that it could be considered stingy. South East Asians in particular are accustomed to haggling and this means saving money is hard-wired into their system from the get-go. There are many possible reasons as to why they operate with such efficiency when it comes to finance.

Some Asians seem to believe that having luxury goods is impressive and reflects their quality of life, which to an extent is true. This may be one of the reasons as to why Asians are such efficient money savers. Once they are able to purchase an extravagant good, they are able to strut their stuff and show off in front of their friends, whether it's the latest Louis Vuitton bag or a new line of perfume by Chanel. This only tends to apply to the younger generation that have good fashion sense and an expensive taste.

These days being cheap seems to be considered a negative thing, but actually it's a good mentality to have. Whilst most people would simply purchase anything they needed and maybe extra, Asians get what is necessary and of course, only if there was a 20% off sale. Another useful method that is used by Asians, particularly the elderly, is the use of coupons. Why not take advantage of them right?

At the end of the day, whether it's frowned upon or not, Asians will most likely continue to follow their techniques of saving money little by little. Besides, have you ever seen a homeless Asian on the streets of a Western country?

Undercover Dating

Asian men can be very discreet and ambiguous when it comes to dating. Men all over the globe experience the challenge of overcoming their fears and asking someone out on a date with the chance of flat out rejection. But Asian men most definitely do not fall into this category. Men always have to face the awkward moment of attempting to define their current relationship with their female friend, but there are two approaches to this. The non-Asian approach is to be forward, confident and to simply ask the female where they stand relationship wise. Asian men like to adopt a different and somewhat effective approach that prevents any risk of being rejected. This method ladies and gentlemen, is called Undercover Dating.

I will be going over the steps that must be taken to become a true Undercover Dater. If these steps are followed correctly, the female target won't even notice the transition between being "just friends" and being in a relationship with the spy.

The Initial Subterfuge: The spy will find ways to meet with their female target to get to know them better and to determine whether or not they are interested. Subtle meeting places include having lunch, walking around town, and if the spy is feeling brave, watching a romantic comedy at the cinema. The spy will turn up to these harmless meetups in the guise of a good friend and will do their best to appeal to the female. This includes listening to her problems, paying for the food or sharing their thoughts on the new One Direction album.

Moving in: This step is initiated once the spy has confirmed a positive identification on their target and have decided to take things a step further. The innocent meetups become more intimate and flirtatious and of course the locale changes to suit the spy's feelings toward the female. The female is under the assumption that the events she has been invited to are group outings but on arrival it becomes apparent that there are no friends around. The group meet becomes a romantic date with the spy.

Mission Abort: This is the step that no spy ever wants to reach. If things become stale and the target shows 0% interest in starting a relationship, the spy has only one option. Rejection is not something that the spy desires to experience so they safeguard themselves from this phenomena by aborting their mission and moving onto another potential target. This is done by avoiding all contact at all costs. This includes phone calls, texts, Facebook messages and face to face confrontations. The spy is adept in hiding in the shadows and will have no problem in cutting off all communications.

Females are helpless against an Asian man that is skilled in the art of Undercover Dating because they are so equivocal and their true intentions are never revealed until they strike. They are able to get into a relationship with a female that's off-guard before they get the opportunity to reject them. The best way to defeat a spy is to enjoy all the gifts and outings that they provide. As long as a female does not show interest in the spy, they will be able to walk away relationship free with the benefits of one.
